CENTRAL PARK ENGAGEMENT SESSION

I was so thrilled when Ashley mentioned she wanted a NYC engagement session. I have been dying to shoot at Bethesda Fountain for the longest time. Then I got even more excited when she said that she and Leo were going to dress up. Ugh. I love formal wear for an engagement session! These are pics you will have for the rest of your life and how often do you have the chance to dress up? Between their styling and an empty Bethesda Terrace…my dreams came true.

We got to the park super early and had it all to ourselves. It was really magical. If anyone has ever been there you know how insanely busy it can get here.

Towards the end of the shoot, Leo mention a little treehouse in the park that he used to go to on lunch breaks. I was so intrigued…OMG it was amazing and so charming. Creeping vines, white blooms, rustic vibes. Many thanks to Leo for having the cool spot!

Such an amazing day. I cant wait for their wedding at the Roundhouse in Beacon…. from how the engagement session went…it’s going to be a highlight of my year.
